Chef Lee is a passionate private chef, born in Jamaica and raised in New York, whose culinary journey has been deeply shaped by her roots, travels, and love for authentic food. She has cooked and trained across the globe, working alongside chefs and communities in Jamaica, Mexico, Guatemala, Colombia, and El Salvador. From creating jerk flavors in the heart of St. Anne, Jamaica, to co-developing seven-course tasting menus in Mexico City, and learning traditional Garifuna dishes in Guatemala, Chef Lee’s experience is as diverse as it is rich.
